With Home Delivery, we automatically choose the most suitable courier for your order. Delivery may be made via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Evri or DPD.
Home Delivery Date Selection is available across all areas except remote Highland locations.
Click & Collect is available at over 18,000 locations. The maximum parcel weight for Click & Collect is 20 kg. Orders exceeding 20 kg are not eligible for this service.
A small number of postcodes, including the Highlands and islands, are excluded from free delivery. For these areas, delivery costs £7.99 for orders under £39 and £4.99 for orders over £39.
Delivery Times
- Most orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 business hours.
- Standard Home Delivery, DPD and Evri Click & Collect orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days.
*Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the payment method, product availability, your location, and public holidays. (Postcodes with extended delivery times may require up to 4–5 working days for delivery.)
We also offer a Delivery Date Selection service, allowing you to choose a preferred delivery date up to six days in advance.

The maximum weight per parcel we can dispatch is 31 kg. Orders exceeding 31 kg will be shipped in two or more parcels, depending on the total weight. Based on the value and weight of your order, a service charge of £4.99 per additional parcel will apply.
Due to customs restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland via the zeodeo.co.uk website. However, orders to Northern Ireland can be placed through zeodeo.ie or zeodeo.store. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
